The only grass which is suitable for making floors. It comes from China, mainly from the south-east region of the country.
This is a unique variety of grass, as its hardness is about 30% higher than that of oak or maple. This characteristic feature makes bamboo a perfect material for manufacturing of hard and resistant floors. Floors come in two varieties: vertical and horizontal one, and in a choice of two colours: natural (golden-yellow) and carbonised (dark brown).
Suitably processed and hardened lignified bamboo parts are joined together with glue and press-formed into floor boards in the form of small-size horizontal parquet flooring blocks.
